Pošip comes from our most famous local white variety of the same name. Our organic vineyards consist of limestone soil with a small proportion of earth, expressing its minerality, most of all in this wine. Wanting to achieve freshness in this wine, whose harvest comes in the hot summer period, the grapes for this wine are harvested at night and delivered to the winery before sunrise and immediately processed. Fresh, lively, mineral with the characteristics of the variety and limestone soil, our wine Pošip is a pleasant summer refreshment whose enjoyment period does not have to be just one season.

After fermentation, the wine stays for 4 to 6 months in oak barrels.

Clear greenish-yellow color, moderately pronounced aroma and taste with a lot of freshness and intensity. The aroma is characterized by mild herbalism and lively fruitiness, of which peach and citrus fruits stand out, while the taste is characterized by pleasant minerality, liveliness, fullness, depth and long duration. The finish is followed by delicious fruitiness mixed with mineral saltiness.

Grk is a very elegant wine, with a rich and rounded taste and a note of bitterness in the finish. Soft and delicious in the mouth, with quite pronounced freshness.

Grk is a very rare Croatian autochthonous variety. especially related to the sandy soil around Lumbarda on the island of Korcula.

Freshness, minerality, fruitiness, low alcohol percentage, palatability, pleasant and rounded acidity, and harmony are the characteristics of this wine.

Light and lively wine. Beautiful and clear yellowish green color. The aroma is dominated by herbal notes like dry hay, then a handful of citrus fruits and quite mild floral admixtures. The taste is nicely filled and rounded, while the alcohol remains preferably mild. The acids are lively, refreshing in nature and are counterbalanced by a smaller amount of unfermented malt, which gives it an attractive sour-sweet effect. The aftertaste is perhaps the most beautiful part of the taste. It has a distinctly fruity character, with a certain sweetness as a result of the sour-sweet play and a pleasantly bitter finish.

WINE characteristics Aged on the fine lees in 500l oak barrels for 12 months, this wine combines everything that can be expected from an oak-aged Chardonnay, adding the unique touch of Erdut terroir. During production, malolactic fermentation was not performed and aging in barrels followed.

‘Vieilles Vignes’ is a French term for old vines which, as a rule, yields grapes of superior quality and consequently wines.

The grapes for this excellent wine are selected from the best vineyards of the famous locations of Dingač and Trstenik on the Pelješac peninsula. The wine is made in the style and under the supervision of Miljenko Grgić, who is known in California and the world as one of the best producers of Chardonnay and Zinfandel wines. The fermentation of this top-quality wine takes place with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature, which is why it retains its character and fruity flavor. After fermentation, the wine is aged for about 15 months in special French oak barrels, which give the wine a pleasant oak flavor. After that, the wine matures for about two years in bottles, where the aromas merge and acquire a refined flavor.
